U.S. National Library of Medicine
The National Library of Medicine produces the MEDLINE database of medical literature and makes it available via PubMed and the NLM Gateway.  Students may find the information in NLM's Online Exhibitions useful for reports.

This comprehensive consumer health site provides information on specific health topics, drug information, dictionaries, directories, and additional resources.  Includes links to relevant web sites and literature searches from PubMed and suggests related MEDLINEplus topics.  There are alphabetical directories of the site as well as basic and advanced searching.  Some material is available in Spanish.
