211 Non-Emergency Helpline - New Jersey residents in need of health and human services, community resources and governmental assistance are now just a three-digit telephone call away form the information they need. All they have to do is pickup a telephone and dial 2-1-1. The service is available 24 hours a day, confidential, multilingual and accessible to the hearing impaired.

NJ Division of Mental Health Designated Psychiatric/Crisis Screening Centers - Contains a listing by county of the designated psychiatric centers.

NJHelps - NJHelps is a free and easy way for you to prescreen for 8 programs that are available to help you and your family. NJHelps is private, we do not ask who you are and we do not share your information with anyone. NJHelps will tell you where to go for help and what to bring with you, after you have answered all the questions.

Office for the Disabled - The mission for the Office is to empower people with disabilities to become self-advocates and to live independently in the community.

Office on Aging - Office on Aging staff is ready to assist you with Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged and Disabled, Income Tax and a wide range of other programs.

Salem County Cancer Resources - The New Jersey Cancer Education and Early Detection Screening Program (NJCEED) is part of the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services. NJCEED provides comprehensive screening services for breast, cervical, prostate, and colorectal cancer.

Salem County United Way - We strive to build, through voluntary citizen action and contributions, a strong, healthy community where all persons are valued and nurtured through effective and accountable measures.

Salem Health Department - Offers information about various health issues within the county.

Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers - Provides primary healthcare services to local communities, including residents and migrant seasonal farm workers.

Tri-County Medical Examiner - The Medical Examiner's office is committed by law to determine the cause and manner of death. This involves investigation, viewings and autopsies. New Jersey State statue determines when a death is reported to the Medical Examiner office and when an autopsy must be performed. The Medical Examiner serves Camden, Gloucester and Salem counties.
