211 Non-Emergency Helpline - New Jersey residents in need of health and human services, community resources and governmental assistance are now just a three-digit telephone call away form the information they need. All they have to do is pickup a telephone and dial 2-1-1. The service is available 24 hours a day, confidential, multilingual and accessible to the hearing impaired.

Air Program - The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) contracts with the Passaic County Department of Health to conduct environmental programs.

Department of Human Services - The Human Services Department is a social services umbrella agency concerned with planning, funding, and implementing services for the homeless, at-risk youth and other disadvantaged residents of Passaic County. The department is comprised of four divisions, which include Addiction Services, Family Services, Mental Health, and the Youth Services Commission.
