211 Non-Emergency Helpline - New Jersey residents in need of health and human services, community resources and governmental assistance are now just a three-digit telephone call away form the information they need. All they have to do is pickup a telephone and dial 2-1-1. The service is available 24 hours a day, confidential, multilingual and accessible to the hearing impaired.

County Household Hazardous Waste Coordinator - Find out about recycling issues here, especially for dangerous materials such as batteries, herbicides, paints, etc. Select your county from the list at the left of the page.

Mental Health - The County Mental Health Division directly oversees County funded community mental health services. In conjunction with the State Division of Mental Health Services (NJ DMHS), the County Mental Health Administrator jointly oversees all State contracted community mental health services.

Mercer County Cancer Resources - The New Jersey Cancer Education and Early Detection Screening Program (NJCEED) is part of the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services. NJCEED provides comprehensive screening services for breast, cervical, prostate, and colorectal cancer.

Office on Addiction Services - The Mercer County Office on Addiction Services is the agency responsible for the planning, administration and coordination of alcohol and drug abuse services in the County. The Office was established in the late 1970's and is a unit of the Department of Human Services, Division of Community Health and Senior Services.

Office on Aging - For the past 36 years, the Mercer County Office on Aging has served as the primary advocate, planning and coordinating agency for Mercer County’s older adult population.

Office on Community Services - The goal of the Division of Community Services is to provide financial, as well as technical assistance to community based organizations thus enabling them to address the unmet needs of the community and improve the quality of life for the most vulnerable citizens of Mercer County.

Office on Disability Services - The Mercer County Office on Disability Services provides comprehensive services for people who are developmentally delayed or physically disabled.

Youth Services - The Mercer County Division of Youth Services is responsible for the coordination between and among governmental departments at all levels.
