contain information about a doctor's education,

prevention; breast and cervical cancer screening and
follow-up; prevention oriented early childhood health
including lead screening, oral health education, injury

NJ Self-Help Group Clearinghouse - Assists people in finding, forming and learning about self-help support
groups at local, national and Internet levels. Has toll-free helpine and
publishes an annual Self-Help Group Directory, which can be found at
most public libraries.
Women,
Infants and Children Supplemental Nutrition Program
- This program provides supplemental nutritious
foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion
and support, immunization screening, and health care
referrals to pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum
women, infants and children from families with inadequate
income and who are at special risk in respect to their
physical and mental health due to inadequate nutrition
and/or primary health care. Enrollment is open to all
eligible applicants.
