ed.) - This
report examines HMO's and POS's (point of service
plans) and rates them in four areas: Service
and Access, Doctors and Medical Care, Staying
Healthy, and Getting Better / Living with Illness. There
is information on how to appeal or register
a complaint, a list of accreditation organizations,
a directory of New Jersey plan phone numbers,
and a copy of the New Jersey Consumer Bill
of Rights. The report is also available
