publishes an annual Self-Help Group Directory, which can be found at
most public libraries.
PEI Kids - PEI Kids, a non-profit organization that provides an array of services to children and their families throughout Mercer County, offers several intervention programs to help juveniles who may have committed a petty crime and/or have been involved with gangs toward a brighter future. Programs include a Juvenile Offenders Outreach Program and an Anger Management Program for teens.
