and information packets can be ordered with the Association's
online form.

Access to Health, is maintained by a group of organizations
that include the New York Academy of Medicine, the New
York City Department of Health, and the New York Hospital-Cornell
Medical Center. The information obtained at this web
site can be accessed in English or Spanish and includes links to basic information,
care and treatment, adaptive equipment, and legal issues.
